ABOUT THE POSITION

The Transloading Operator position is responsible for supporting daily site operations in Ulysses, Kansas. This is a full-time, year-round position. A description of the duties includes:

• Perform daily operational tasks including loading and unloading railcars and trucks carrying greases, fats, and oils for use in the biodiesel and feed markets.
• Safely operate and monitor equipment and assist with start-up, operation, and shut-down processes.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members, follow safety procedures, and maintain accurate operational records.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in operations, transloading, logistics, manufacturing, agriculture, energy, or industrial environments is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be dependable and safety-conscious.
