ABOUT THE POSITION

The Fuel Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily fuel deliveries by working closely with drivers, sales, and customers to ensure efficient, timely, and safe operations.

• Schedule and coordinate daily fuel deliveries
• Assign loads to drivers and third-party haulers
• Plan deliveries based on inventory levels and customer demand
• Communicate with drivers, sales, and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor inventory and prioritize delivery needs
• Optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation
• Resolve delivery-related issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Promote a strong safety culture
• Perform other duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Associate’s degree or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work extended hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (50 lbs occasionally)
